Description Today was the 99th anniversary of the RMS Titanic's setting off. Five days later she would hit an iceberg and sink in two hours.
And she's very special to me. I don't know where I would be without her. I can honestly say she saved my life in a way.

It's always amazing to feel the way we do on this week of every year.

And it's gonna be intense next year, the 100th anniversary. I'm planning on celebrating the launch and mourning the sinking.

It really is going to be. And very saddening. I'm going to do what I always do. I'm going to get up at 2;00 in the morning and watch a Night to Remember wrapped up in my Titanic blanket,and mourn the whole day.

[link] I got it at the Titanic Artifact Expedition when it came to my city. I sleep with it all the time.

Well,me being homeschooled I can pretty much do that if I want,because it's only once and my Mom knowing how much of a Titanic freak I am she doesn't mind. LOL

My entire family knows I'm a Titanic freak. I have been since I could first read! Before, actually. I used to look at the pictures in my mother's books about the Titanic. XDbadg

The Grand Olympic Class Liner RMS Titanic! A ship of Hope and Beauty, you captured it well. I know how you feel, Titanic has hit the hearts of thousands in a special place that can not be described to one that does not feel the same way.
