I began this like four days ago and got frustrated doing Sleet, but I decided that I really couldn't leave it just sitting around considering this is becoming one of my more active AUs :')
Before I get into this characters, this is genderbent and humanized, so it's a bit odd!

Cafre

-Committed for gang activity
-Ranks a solid '17' on the social Academy scale, therefore having the worst quality of living quarters
-A goof off and screw up, probably why he's so low on the social ladder
-Always maintains a positive and humorous attitude, despite how terrible life in the Academy slums can be
-If he makes one person smile, it's worth it
-Been at the Academy for five years

-Committed for education
-Is the only person to rank below zero; every one else who hits zero is killed, but the Staff couldn't kill her for risk of infuriating her mother, a politician who already mysteriously lost two children to the Academy
-Quiet and thoughtful
-Lives in solitary confinement when not at classes, gets sporadic shocks from her shock collar
-Bandana prevents her from talking; talking is a luxury for those above zero
-T-poses to express her pain
-Been at the Academy for seven years

-Ranking 22, he is considered the lowest rank of the social ladder and therefore lives in the Academy slums
-Sweet, but skittish
-Probably loves you

-Ranking 32, she rests on the lowest rung of the social ladder, living in the Academy slums
-Reserved, analytical
-Very intelligent, probably knows what's actually going on here
-Is dating Sleet simply to stay alive until she graduates

-Been at the Academy for three years

-Female

-Committed for gang activity and multiple murders
-Ranking 89, she's atop the highest rung on the social ladder, therefore getting very cushy and lavish living conditions
-Edge beast, but really very sweet
-Knows how smexy she is
-Will do your homework (especially if it's math)
-Been at the Academy for seven years

Sleet
-Female

-Committed for contract killing (and being damn good at it, strange for a nine year old)
-Ranking at 106 when the ordinary highest ranking is 100, Sleet is obviously adored by the Staff and obviously gets the absolute best living conditions
-Looks sweet and unassuming but is 100% the most dangerous one here (very intelligent, too)
-Could kill you in 200 different ways without breaking a sweat, god where'd a sixteen year old learn to do this stuff
-Will slice off all of your fingers slowly with a blunt knife if you hurt Tanium in any way, shape or form
-Masquerades as the Staff's perfect girl
-Knows that Roma's not actually interested, but continues trying to charm her
-Been at the Academy for seven years

This entire AU is based off of a dream that I had where I was in a dystopian sort of academy, and there's a lot to it but I'm not writing that all down here ^^
