Meet Katerina, formerly known as Draculaura.
Katerina was obtained in played condition. Her left hand has a little piece chipped off the thumb (the hand can easily be replaced as with all monster high dolls) and she may have other minor flaws.
I have removed her factory makeup and repainted using high quality pastels and Derwent water colour pencils. Her make over was sealed using Matt MSC and Mr hobby super clear gloss (applied to the eyes and lips).
My inspiration behind katerina's look was (surprise, surprise...) a cat. I wanted to give her cat like features while maintaining her human-like characteristics.
She has yellow eyes with hints of green. Plump cat like lips. Freckles and face blush. As well as full body contour and body blush. She does have a flat matt finish but for some reason the sheerness of the underlying plastic shows up when using artificial light during photography (yup, I have yet to master the art of using a camera).
The hat is not included, and was used purely to keep the hair out of her face (another thing to master: styling doll hair).
She really is a beautiful doll (even if i do say so myself xP) and I would love for her to go to a loving home.
