I have this idea on how the original white Nick Fury can fit into the MCU. In this version, white Nick Fury is actually black Nick Fury's step-father, and black Nick Fury's real name is Marcus Johnsson. White Nick Fury was a member of the Howling Commandos, and took leadership after Cap was presumed dead.White Nick Fury and black Nick Fury's dad (let's say his name was Jack Johnsson) were military colleagues. Sometime after Jack died, Nick Fury married Jack's wife, if only to take care of her and help raise young Marcus. Marcus idolized Nick Fury so much that he legally changed his name. White Nick Fury may have passed away some time ago, unless he was given a serum that extended his life, like his comic book counterpart.
