What if Hro Talak from the DCAU becomes a canon immigrant? However, not in the mainstream DCU, but rather as a native of Earth-3.

I don't see him fitting into the main canon. Since Shayera wouldn't be two-timing her husband/lover Katar Hol, nor already be engaged with someone else and kept it a secret from Katar. Shayera's cousin Fel Andar already fits the "evil Hawkman" role. And lastly, Hro's name is an anagram to Katar Hol, and the fact that Hro was originally going to be Katar.

So it would be fitting if Hro Talak is instead Katar Hol's Earth-3 counterpart, as Blood Eagle, Sky Tyrant, or Manhawk.
