Well first, it's still a tank but... well we make it hover by reducing it's weight and lots of Scienceβ’. And maybe. Though we are a bit secretive with our shells, after modifications you could end up with a Strategic Missile like we did.

We know what causes the expansion. It is a unidentified powder of some sort only createable inside of a living Tank, which is impossible to observe. It is volatile, unstable, and smells weird so we try to keep it out of hands of others considering we know nothing about it aside from its expansive properties.

It hovers roughly 2 blocks above ground. The highest it can go is 4 blocks but at that point it becomes near uncontrollable and can crash into the ground if it hits a jump.
