part of the car is from ref, decals and windows and front tyre are painted as well as the dust coming off etc. Its a blend

it's a blend. Part of the car and the snow on the right side are photo plate. But the mountain and the dust kick + sky and poles are painted. So is the deco and the side of the car along with the windows.

I like the ground and the sky and the snow around the car, but I'm afraid to say I feel those telegraph poles are killing the image. You have a good dynamic angle on the horizon, but then you've put the poles completely vertical. I would have slanted them to match the horizon.
