Edit: suggested to add some textures.Goddess Jirachi is here to protect the earth against magical girls turned witches. (theme with reference to Puella Magi Madoka)
I really had fun doing this. It gave me time to get to know Photoshop.
Done for 's contest.
Time: About 6 hours coz all colors (except for the rusty texture) done in Photoshop. Lineart in Sai.
