Wonder when Lisa will do a little gene therapy on herself and increase her abilities even more.

That's never been a plan. It's been considered as a finale for her though. More or less if it does happen that'll be the last of her content.
Anyway Lisa's setting was always supposed to be relatively grounded. I don't see what gene therapy could realistically do for her. To get a lot stronger / faster it seems like she'd have to go cybernetic...
