yeah I know him ^^ I played leaf green, fire red, emerald, beginning of platinum before I lost it and X, I'm planning on painting or at least drawing all my parties from each game that I've some how managed to memorise XD my fave as a kid was zapdos, beedrill as a tween, early teenΒ tentacruel/exploud, late teen ninjask/flygon and right now I just have too much nostalgia for all the pokemon to pick a fave it would probs take a few hours of self reflection XD

haha well maybe floatzel might have become a fave if my platinum didn't vanish before me quitting pokemon till X :/ though tbh doesn't look manly and/or invertebrate enough for my liking XD

yeah I've noticed that especially gens 4 onwards, made them really hard to relate to and I actually got quite upset when I saw the gen 4 pokemon when they came out as a kid but since then it seems like they've been evening it out a lot and I ended up liking a few of the new ones in X though they were still noticeably much more pretty and shiny then the ones i grew up with. I think the best way you can see the change is if you compare entei with pyroar

XD tbh I can barely remember her but I know I loved every episodebefore she was replaced with Gwen from Ben 10 among other cartoons though actually watched nature documentaries more than cartoons cus zoology and steve irwin poor guy

I was (and still am) obsessed with animals and I wanted every job which meant looking after them so I can relate to you on all that, I definitely watched more animal documentaries and going outside finding bugs -- aw Steve Irwin
