Wow, I love the colors on this shot. The petals stand out so very clearly against the background, and then with the dark parts in the center of the flower, too... it looks very nice!

But wow, this tulip is so vibrant and strong, and the lighting and the shadows, the flower doesn't even look real! It looks so stunningly beautiful! But once again, the lighting/shadows take the stage, it's so perfect! The shadows at the top of the petals seeming to be highlighting the centre of the flower, but since the center of the flower is dark and popping out, it only brings it out even more! And beautiful with the background, complimentary colours~ And the focus is so well defined in this picture, I think it's amazing~

This flower easily caught my attention, having such a strong, lovely colour! I'll definitely keep an eye on this spot, as there are lots of flowers there that are still waiting to bloom ^^

Really?! That's so exciting, after so much rain (and still raining) I saw some leaves blooming up on the trees and I have a choke cherry tree at the front of my house (I think that's what it is) and I can't wait to get pictures of it too! Blooming flowers are so beautiful!

His mother is very interested in plants, so he should have been able to learn quite a bit because of that. That is, of course, great for me, as I don't have to use my time to do research for names for my pictures

Thank you ^^ I only wish it didn't stand in the middle of the flower bed - that made it incredibly hard getting a good picture without falling into it and being killed by angry gardeners
