ya so i've been doing a few neo pokemon recently, and i decided i really didnt like the tsutarja evo they madeso i made a possible evo of my own, which i would say is a neo sceptile, but you may think otherwise.
anyways, just a possibility, its kinda too simple for a final, but too complicated for evolution.... so i'll be redoing things.

Awesomeness dudeO_O! Dude that is your freaking best idea so far to date! Tsutaja was either suppose to be in my opinion really a grass/dragon or a grass/fighting type like Sceptile! damn i love it heh heh its great and that flame on its head is great!
Maybe you should do a Neo Mijumarus final evo? like just say its a Neo uh. Empoleon? cause there both armored
