I rendered in Daz3D using 3Delight. In Clip Paint Studio (aka Manga Studio), I manually inked (outlined) the models and added the action lines and space background. In Photoshop I enhanced the colors, vibrance, and brightness. I used Topaz Simplicity to enhance the details a little (structure). I also used the Nix Collection plugins and the Poster Edges filter to tweak it. I never do the exact same thing twice, so I can never explain it 100%.
