I love all these what-if's. I truly think this would've made for a better movie than TLK:SP.

If that were to happen then the Lions that were exiled by Scar, shall take Kiara in, and teach her to become a Warrior, once Kiara grows older, Kovu decides to betray Zira and tells Kiara that Zira is going too far, so he just ditched the Pride to warn Kiara, so she leads the Lions to victory, and decide to avenge her father, by destroying Zira and pull an Inigo Montoya on her, except do what Scar did to Mufasa, and say "I want my father back!" In a dreadful voice. Instead of being a Lazy and Unworthy slouch, Kiara would be a Brave and Strong Queen, and undo all the shit Scar caused.

I thought that would happen in "Simba's Pride" since it had already started off with similarities from the first film ( the ceremony, the cub going off to the outside lands and the dads scolding them for it). THANKFULLY, they didn't go that root

well, you notice he seems to be in considerable pain later. I would guess that he didn't feel the shock of the hit while his adrenaline was rushing and he was focused on trying to escape the Outsiders.
