Interesting van! And a fascinating picture, technically. Something in the HC110 has activated the colour couplers, but only in the sky! The formula of HC110 is a bit of a mystery, with people poring over the safety information sheets, and like many complex developers is thought to have changed a bit over time. There is some opinion that it contains pyrocatechol, a staining developer, and other organic amines-perhaps one of these is the culprit!

Usually i scan cross-processed film as b/w negative. That way i get more detail. I forgot to switch, last ones i had scanned were color, so it was scanned as a color neg by accident. I love the result, how it happened? No idea, but it turned out nice!!Β

The van, it's always at the same spot when i pass that parking lot, i've never seen it being used.

Have you checked it has an engine?
I think scanning in colour results in accentuating (and reversing) any colour cast in the negs-as if the software assumes a faint colour is due to underexposure, and helpfully corrects it-when I was using staining developer (which give a faint brown stain to the neg) I inadvertently did one as colour and you would swear it had been blue toned! Having said that, a lot of people do scan B+W in colour (as it allows for more fiddling later) and they don't moan about weird colour casts......
