Richter Haire the Harengon Rogue will be appearing in a DnD livestream series called Pillars of Carcerem, so far the release date is unknown. Since Richter is going to be in a series that's being livestreamed, I don't want to reveal too much on him, but here's what I can offer which will be brought up

Like all Harengon, he grew up in the forests of the Feywild, while it's not common for them to leave their homes to see the outside world, Richter chose to, to see more to what life has to offer, while pushing his skills with the bow as far as possible. Eventually, he ended up joining a group of pirates where he travelled the high seas, plundered ships and villages, all while remaining obscured and shooing from afar as a sniper.

Some time later, he would leave the pirates to join a military camp where he was trained and fought alongside soldiers, mostly patrols and defending the base, never being part of a real war. There he learned the ways to fight without a bow, military tactics and strategies, but still specialised in being their battalion's sniper.

Years later, he would leave the military base and become a mercenary, with the sea faring, thieving and stealth skills he received as a pirate, and the hard training, discipline and strategies he developed as a soldier, he became a very formidable mercenary. Though he fights on the side of good, his time as a pirate taught him how to act outside the law to get it done, becoming very Chaotic Good, and never afraid to kill when necessary, making sure he can make a kill with as few arrows as possible.

From his soldier days, he learned respect, fair manners and how to address others, and when to do things officially, so while he comes across as calm and well mannered, he isn't afraid to talk dirty, specifically when facing those who clearly disrespect him, he never starts a fight, but sure as hell finishes it, as a result, he tends to talk down to those who are cruel or arrogant, especially those who would harm nature. As a Feywild creature, he greatly prioritises the safety of nature and will get extremely aggressive to those who would dare harm it.

While he does things by the book mostly, his pirate years still creep up on him, in addition to going outside the law when necessary, sometimes he'll steal what he can pocket, though mostly he'll steal carrots, coins and sometimes more arrows, and on very rare occasions, boots, he doesn't keep them, he just steals them out of spite or for the sake of trolling.

Think that's everything so far, now there's a lot more to his backstory than I revealed, but I won't be saying any of it as I want it to be a surprise.
