The news of Robin's Willaim's death has been pretty hard for me. I've always enjoyed his work, and I find it hard to believe that he's gone. So I decided to draw a tribute to him and one of his most beloved characters, Genie from Aladdin. In this image, I tried to capture the joy and energy that made The Genie, and Robin's other characters, as well as the man himself, so popular and memorable to so many of us.The people at are putting together a mural of Genie images to pay tribute to the comedian. I don't think I can stand seeing any more depressed Genies. This is how I choose to remember the man. Still joyful and bringing joy to others.
