I love the character of Pittsburgh. The way it is enfolded by hills and rivers, the character of its people - it is a beautiful American city.How I made this:
Gear: Olympus OM-D e-M5 with the m.Zuiko 12-50mm kit lens with my new Manfrotto tripod to allow long-exposure photography.
PP: RAW processing in Aperture, then tweaked in the Nik Collection by Google - Sharpener Pro, Color Efex Pro & Silver Efex Pro. Watermarked with BorderFX.

Who would have thought a city could have looked so spectacular (especially at night) in Black & White - but this looks amazing - I love the silky river and the smooth sky compared to the sharp dark angles of the buildings.

Very beautiful scene, the black and white seems to do a lot of justice to the whole. And though I am not fond of cities/buildings, I do think that the fact that I like this so much, says a lot about this piece of art. Well done.
