This is a head canon of mine. It's mostly because they're both green, have names that start with a 'B' and are heavy duty, but I believe they are long lost brothers who don't know that the other is on Earth.

Possibly. It's a work in progress.
If I do write a fanfic it will end up being story 4 or 5 of a series. So far only the first story is complete, and the rescue bots aren't in it yet.
