I could also suggest Tornado since you mentioned she sorta has a wind element but it was mentionned before. Despite those toxic role plays with Maji and that non sober Tornado, it didn't stop me form the shipping. I like that area, it was the best one from you so far. I am aware of that TornadoXSplash ship and some others. However I would like for my first RockMan girl to cut in or get between them and still him away from her, mwha ha ha! I also prefer him with SkyWoman with most and probably more and better then with my own OC :

Plus, Soul is not an air or wind type. What I meant in the past was Telekinesis. However she powers seem to be half ass, cause it seems to only work on objects or very small animals, not anything or everything.  Oh, that's nice of you, but I hope you don't waste too much time on it. Hopefully the final guy isn't a discomfort one for her sweet synthetic alloy body!  ))

There has to be a potential partner on the Wily side, waiting to be found. Most OCs seem to have an obvious preference for humanoid types... which make them have love rivals. XD Though i see the Needle scheme in Magma.

Yeah it's not different from my experience with her version of Burner. This is probably the reason why i keep waiting for Sunburn3r's reappearance, who knows. So... obviously Soul's gonna keep up with a humanoid wind boyfriend/husband, that leaves him and Gyro... obviously not Jupiter (oh well... he's electrik or something).Yeah, Splash and Tornado look good together... despite them being sibling? Oh well, i don't care about that fact when they're all robots. Vector not being a wind type doesn't necessarily stop her from having a relationship with a different type. Lets hope she finds a find robot guy who makes her happy someday.

lol i'd like to imagine her using her power to lift squirrels or puppies, even though she can throw trees as well from what i've seen. She does have telekinesis power, does she also have telepathy? I remember she once read Flame's mind about his crush. ^^

(( Oh, I can see that, love rival thing, but I never see people fight about it on the internet. I'm not saying that I never happened, but it would most likely be over shit crap. Gyro the helicopter guy you say? She would have to overlook somethings that she might find unattractive. Not much of a cockpit cause of this eyes, however he still got that X on his back, oh I meant Main Rotor Blade or propellers and those funny Landing Skids feet and or toes. So how is Wily gonna react to this? What the chances of getting any blesses from him? That's not too bad, even if he's more human then Cloud, but is less human then Blast. The idea seems more like freaky then sensual in the bedroom, but I could be wrong? She's wonna act like a immature woman child by playing military, (including cosplay) with him and I'm not sure if he's gonna enjoy that. Lol, you John Wayne, is this me? He haves one of my favorite themes to! Also, might even have a taste for some tasty Gyro food?  Plus my dad sign up in the Marines for Vietnam War at the very last minute and it was too late and if so, then I probably wouldn't be there typing to you and many others. Wow, just those two, that sounds scarce. So what's so special about wind and air types when it comes to her. Wily's World 5 is one of the games and doesn't have any 90 percent looking humanoids. And your probably right about her and Jupiter. Once again, I am also aware of those shippings like GyroXFlash and JupiterXGyro. Perhaps TornadoXGyro. Tornado's drunk ass had to tell Jupiter the truth about FlashXGyro, only to relieve him from the stress and it wasn't true. Plus someone else mentioned to me about that shipping not making else. However, she was the find one to speak, since she shipped PumpXClown. ))

(( The mum for Jupiter last week told me that they lose interest. So I guess he/she/or they wouldn't give a damn if they saw Soul with Gyro. But, yeah, in a way I can picture the intergalatic Thunderbird jumping into a murderous mode if he spots his two crushes together! To tell you the truth about my OC and the second Dr. Light lineup, under the naked Yamato pic. It might sound dirty, but I'm not or whoring around and jumping for one guy to the other. Not even when it come to my OC(s). So if I give you the wrong impression, then I'm sorry once again, my bad. 
Those shippings kinda triggered some weird ideas in my surreal mind. I would dare try to draw my OC between those guys and I don't care about whom I piss off. I could even do something that might get feminist fuming and I just hope that your not one.

I also have to be mindful about not shipping mother and daughter with the same guy! It just seems to be too much to trouble, to go other with my other OCs. Or just ship Fern with Blast and make it final that sudden. Ha ha ha, all because of that amusement park he works at, Flower Land or was it World? So no Time and Space or other barrier types for her? Yeah, I guess we can try a knuckle head from Wily's World 11?..... ))
