Oh, what's that? It's Valentine's Day and I should do something special? Okay, here you go, what is likely the most brutal murder tool I've ever made!

Normally I'd bombard you with all kinds of lore and whatnot on the weapon, but I'm not going to do that since it could spoil things for "The Ballad of Kass." (So like everything I've posted for the last couple of years almost, this is tied with my Zelda fanfic.)

I will say that it is made of wood, has four emeralds inserted into the "guard", and that the pommel is made of jade with a hole inserted to tie things through. The top most hook is facing a different direction than the others because it's meant more for defense than offense, it's for catching and deflecting enemy weapons. The holes in the bottom of the club produce a unique sound when swinging the weapon to intimidate enemies.

The two primary inspirations are the Aztec Macuahuitl ("moc-wa-weetle") and the Japanese Kanabo. Obviously mostly the Macuahuitl, but the metal points on the flat side were inspired by the Kanabo.

Looking at the size comparison, it's a bit smaller than I was thinking it would be... Given that and the fact that the model is slightly asymmetrical (we're talking less than a millimeter discrepancy here), I may do a redraw in the future.
