Personally, I'd replace the fan-fake Toa with the Shadow Toa from 2001, Norik with his Toa version and perhaps the rest of his team, and Hydraxon with Lesovikk.

What's the seventh Toa on the first row. Also, I think Lesovik would make more sense in the 2007 storyline. And i do agree Norik fits with the Toa Hordika, though I would have used his Toa form.
