WHOO. It's about time I had a full body adult reference for Bill.
His tail really killed me though. I can't get it right. I was kinda going with the "foo dog" theme and I wanted his tail to be all curly and wild (but still weeping) and I just could not do it.
If there's anyone who is good with things like that and wants to red line a tail for me I would appreciate it a lot!

Height: 10'10"
Classification: Common, heavy fur, weeping tail

Bill is top heavy with thick, coarse fur primarily covering his head, neck and belly. The rest of him is covered in shorter fur, though it's still quite thick.
He is not soft and would make a terrible addition to any petting zoo. His hair is somewhat oily and tends to clump together where it is longest. This is normal and does not reflect his health. His tail is of the weeping type, but is not particularly soft either. It grows very fast, former attempts to keep it cut short were abandoned several years ago (sometimes he may try to tie it up) and the wiry hairs do as they please.

He also has two sets of overgrown molars that have essentially grown into tusks. They grow continuously and must frequently be filed so that they don't get too twisted (potentially damaging the fit of his mask or poking into his own face).

Bill's element manifested itself when he was 14. He spent the next four years mastering it before receiving his mask at 18, but sometimes when he gets really angry he still goes wild and sets everything on fire, which is inconvenient.

Bill is a rebellious teenager. Do not talk to him about politics right now.
He does need a mentor though. He'll probably end up following whoever wants to take him on.

Whatever, who needs parents. Bill grew up on Fort Idlewar and spent most of his early years of life as Arkady's assistant. Bill is oddly book smart and picked up reading and writing very quickly, which was useful since Arkady is illiterate.
