This is what he looks like. He's a pretty confusing glitch, as he normally has harmless moves but doing the slightest thing wrong will cause him to corrupt everything. And don't try to teach him how to fly, he will literally murder your game.
Sadly, he's one of the lesser-known ones, probably because he's just some random glitches thrown together and there's usually nothing insane about him like .4 (though like I said he can become worse if you do something wrong).
At least he's not like those F# pokemon that freeze the game upon appearing, how dull.
