It was really cozy in this little parlor, with a fire going in the fireplace nearby. I wish I could have shot more of the inside of this house but it was PACKED with people! I hate when that happens!

Yeah, that's why I go to the Kellogg Manor house at noon - right when they open for the holiday walk and try to stay ahead of the crowds. Problem solved fortunately when the tours hit the coffee & cookie table in the Billiard Room

I'm glad it brought back fond memories. Very true, that old furniture was built (by real craftsmen) to last and last. Finally people got sick of it in the 50s and burned it! That splotch is actually on the texture.
