Nanomech is the Omnitrix DNA Sample of an unknown alien Nanochip/ Human hybrid.

Appearance: Nanomech is a centimetre tall bio-mechanical humanoid life form. Having green circuit patterns around his body and a cyclopean eye, he also possesses four insectoid wings with circuit patterns, as well as three large toes that take up most of the lower parts of his legs and having insectoid legs wrapped around his body. The Omnitrix symbol is located on his chest.

Abilities:
Size Alteration: Nanomech can reduce his size at will even at microscopic scales, and can return to his original size.
Flight: Thanks to his wings, Nanomech is a natural above the ground.
Bio Electrokinesis: Nanomech can generate a Bio Electrical energy from his hands, eye or even the tentacles he can deploy from his body.
Technokinesis: Because Nanomech is bio-mechanical life form, this give him the ability to understand the functions of machinery and tech, and use that information to make them malfunction and break in a matter of seconds.
Adaptability: Nanomech has the ability to adapt to his opponents in a matter of seconds.
Nanochip Queen Control Immunity: Nanomech cannot be controlled by the Queen of a Nanochip hive. Mostly because he's part human and "Humans never give up".
Enhanced Physical Capabilities: Nanomech is naturally fast and agile in the air, and is proportionally strong.
Legs/Tentacle Deploy: Nanomech can deploy the legs that lie on his body to be used as jabbing weapons. He can also deploy energy tentacles to grant himself a greater bio electrical sting.

Weaknesses: Similar to Grey Matter, Nanomech's size can be a disadvantage in combat. Nanomech can't grow bigger than his base height.

-Similar to Anur Trio, Nanomech's working name was "Benchip".
-Because Nanomech isn't a typical life form, he is identified as an unknown bio-mechanical organism/creature.
-Nanomech is the only transformation that happens to be a hybrid between a human and something else. Nanomech is also the first transformation in the Omnitrix related to Humans.
-This design for Nanomech takes heavy inspiration from his appearance in Alien Swarm. His mouth however was based on Nanomech's Omniverse design.
-Giving Nanomech the fleshy parts were to emphasize the idea of Nanomech being a bio-mechanical life form as well as being a Nanochip/Human hybrid.
-The idea for Nanomech to have insect legs that can deploy was just an idea I had for fun
-It is unknown how the Nanochips were even created. Some say that they were created by an advanced civilisation that used the Nanochips to create cities, buildings and infrastructure without the need for manual labour. Until the Nanochips developed sentience and destroyed the civilisation that created them. Others think that they were developed by the late Victor Validus when he discovered a meteorite that held some sort of advanced technology.
