I think a crab might pop up, but the mermaid was stolen from our beach and put in a pub.

Yeah, its an old story around here, there used to be a mermaid at that beach every once in a while that people saw, but no one spoke to. One day a man talks to her and takes her off the beach and into the house where she lived for the rest of her life. The house then turned into a pub, aptly named "The Mermaid"
