As we've previously established, it's a rare moment when the Stellar Typhoon's heating system isn't on the fritz to some extent or other. Such is the case on this occasion, but as Taiho Mori comes up to the Mess Hall for a hot chocolate, he finds that some people seem to feel the cold much less than others - even accounting for the blazing hot conditions they're working in.
