So original 1970 Corvette C3,
drove it from UK after i had a big accident with a lorrydriver on the motorway in a MGB GT, but i am a lucky-guy ... drifted to the hard shoulder and then in a huge bank... the lorrydriver stoped and then called the police. Damn, damn.

Wow. Usually Corvettes and snow don't get along but what a great shot. Somewhat ironic that the tire tracks suggests it recently 'spun-off' the road. The C3 generation of Corvettes have some of the sexiest curves of all the years and you've captured them well here.

Have to point out though that this is 1980 (or 1981,82) Corvette C3, not a 1970.

So i looked in the paperwork, in 3 month she will be 30 years old and get a historical numberplate in Germany, so she must be from 1979

In three months it will be 2010, so it must be from 1980, because that is when it is 30 years old.

It is a 1980. The lack of two "humps" flanking the front license plate and the side "gills".
July 1, 1979 is its production date. All auto manufacturers build the current year model cars the previous calender year.

As for the accident - I hope you weren't badly injured... and the MGB wasn't wrecked...

But i had really a guardian angel ! No the MGB is dead, the passenger's side is " finish " !

Ja, ist aber auch ein sehr "kurven" reiches Fahrzeug, hab noch schöne Detail-Bilder mit Festbrennweite geschoßen, tue mich ja nur leider
immer so schwer diese dann auch hier hochzuladen, aber neues Jahr, neue Vorsätze
Ja hatte einen Unfall auf der Autobahn mit einem polnischen LKW-Fahrer, der hatte einfach rausgezogen und hat mich genau am Arsch erwischt, hab mich dann sofort gedreht und das mit 120km/h in nem 35 Jahre alten MGB GT.. naja wie du lesen konntest hab ich einen dicken Schutzengel gehabt
Wenn du mal in der Nähe bist, ruf einfach an dann machen wir was von wegen " nettes fahren "
