Beautiful piece. I love the colors and the body. It's all so amazing. But I wonder is the tattoo on her leg a swastik in the old "sacred symbol" meaning or the horribly abused version known as the symbol of the Nazi party. Or like the others are you going to let me keep guessing.

Very good work... just one question though... is that a swastica on her legg... i hope im not being dumb for asking that... and if it is.... is there a emotion or metephor that your trying to protray or am i just reading into this a little much? Great work however... very good. i like the way you did the hair over the face and the lighting on the head is excellent

Perusing through this again. And this is lovely. The only thing I see a bit odd is that the other thigh has an awkward bulge; it's foreshortened a bit poorly, and doesn't flow into the knee. Oh well! Given how beautiful everything else is done, it's really not too noticeable.

The pose is somewhat dispairing and puppet-like, which I love. I love the hand wings. Through our actions (symbolized by the hands), we can fly, though her wings have holes in them, which makes me think that her potential has been thwarted in some way. I just like it

Beautiful anatomy, the way the head is hung expresses so much emotion. You have made this so original, with the wings especially. Even the finger tips show her movement, and the feet are drawn so gracefully. I really...really like it.

first off, I love the rendering.
secondly, I get so pleased when a picture offers me other little treats, such as this one. The wings are obviously hands, but why are the holes in them? Until I realize that perhaps those are stigmata (or how stigmata are traditionally portrayed, despite that they would have actually been in the wrist). So then images of Christianity flood in, until I see the tattoo. Which, to me, seems like a swastika with one arm extended. This is when my mind shuts off as I try to figure out why. But, that being said, I love when I picture can make me search for anything other than the highlights and the figures gesture accuracy.
