ThomasandMichael requested that I do a sence remake of Duck running away while Diesel laughs at what he did. As a bit of a bonus, I put Rainbow Dash using her element of loyalty to stand up for Duck. Do you think it makes it 20% cooler?Related content

That works well. In my headcanon, before Diesel starts to come up with his tall tales, Percy is sent to the works and Duck has to fill in for him on the branch. By the time the episode ends, Percy is on his way back to the branchline. He may be just in time to see Duck in tears heading for Wellsworth.

(Percy reached the branchline junction at Knaphord, but before he could go any further.)
Percy: Who's... crying?

(He looked over and saw Duck, tears streaming down his face)

Percy: (Shock) Duck?! What's happened?

Duck: *sniffles* P-Percy? Is that you?

Percy: Yes, it's me. Duck... it isn't something Thomas, Toby or Flora did, is it?
(Flora arrived between The Eight Famous Engines and Duck and the Diesel Engine.)

Percy: The engine on trial?

Duck: Yes. He's been spreading lies about me, making everyone believe I was saying terrible stories about the other engines to the trucks. Now I've been cast aside!

(Flora, who had trundled up with Fiona and Edmond, was in shock)
Flora: How could anyone be so cruel?

Sir Topham Hatt was leaving his office for lunch when the three engines pulled up.

Sir Topham: Oh, Percy. What are you doing here?

Percy: You've made a terrible mistake, sir. Duck didn't tell those horrid stories. Diesel did!

Sir Topham: Percy, we have no proof of either of them telling those lies. I've separated Duck and Diesel so I can get to the bottom of things.

Percy: But can't you tell the others off for jumping to conclusions too, sir?

Sir Topham: I have already put Henry, Gordon and James in their place. James and Gordon are now on goods trains, while Sally and Bridget take their passengers, and I've taken Henry off the Flying Kipper, and James is taking that too.

Flora: It serves them right for yelling at my Duck!

Sir Topham: Well, I thought maybe sending Duck to Edward's station would get things stable at the very least.

Sir Topham: Now that I think about it, there is. Flora, you haven't got much work to do today. Maybe you can go to the mainyard and keep an eye on Diesel for a while.

Percy: I can easily cover Flora's jobs while she's down there.
