I liked what you did with Gastly a lot better than this. At the very least, that far more realistic, as opposed to these occasional ones that seem to defy the reasonable realism of all the others.
You would have Dobson'd it for Gastly nowadays, wouldn't you.

I never really heard of Dobson before till someone told in the thread that this looked like it.

I understand that you tried to make the faint animation, and that would've been no harder when making it just a head or anything else spherical, as the size was never notable there.
It's no tremendous deal, but the unpleasant association with Dobson and those like-minded in the way of shamelessness seems to bother most people.
