He's from Yu-Gi-Oh R. He's one of the Tenma twins Maxamillion Pegasus adopted. After he died, Yako put the blame on Yugi Moto and vowed revenge by kidnapping Tea and using her body to bring back Pegasus from the dead... no I am not kidding lolz.
