Hey all~!

I wanted to make some palette adoptables yesterday, but wanted to change up which palette base I used to do so.
I spent a few hours looking for palette bases and most of them were either paid bases, deleted, or ones I've used before...so I decided to make my own!
I didn't see any using this specific picture, so if this is already a palette base out there, I didn't know. ><

I was originally just going to keep this base for myself, but I thought I'd upload it in case anyone wanted to use it too?
There are plenty of better palette bases out there, but I like this picture a lot. xD

Anyone can use this base, but I must warn you it's for SAI and PSD users, and isn't exactly PNG friendly, sorry about that. ;-;
You can modify the colors, of course, and use this base for commissions / adoptables / etc.
