I really feel France would have gone Kingdom without Napoleon III. The Order Party, a coalition of conservatives, had already the objective of having an Orléans prince (Joinville I) to restore the monarchy. The liberal opposition, the DemocSocs (Democrat-Socialist meaning the actual republicans, not those of the conservative who planned to kill the republic) was relatively powerless since 1848 and the June Days.
Or....
Prince Napoleon (AKA Plonplon) would find himself the head of the House of Bonaparte and of the Bonapartist party, but that party would be much reduced as the radicalism of the Prince would not find as much appeal as Louis-Napoleon; under the Second Republic, Prince Napoleon radicalism won him the nickname of the Mountain Prince.
It's likely that with him, we would see an alliance of Bonapartists and Democrat-Socialists; the essential difference between them is that the Bonapartists defend a presidential republic with use of refendum , a kind of 5th like Republic
That, or France would be heading to a new revolution and a civil war. (Yet again.)

But wasn't France a monarchy since the late 10th century till the French Revolution? (The First Republic was not really a republic.) and then another monarchy? (And then another monarchy?)
Honestly, they is no good way of saving the Second Republic. You either have the Orléans jump back in, it still go back to Bonaparte (Republic in name only), or yet another revolution and civil war.

Oh yes. Really, after Napoleon, France was always political unstable.
Bourbon acted like the Revolution never happen after 1815.
The July Monarchy was not that liberal.
Napoleon III got France and his ass kick in and play like a toy by Bismarck, and hellbeat on getting at Germany.
Aborted Fascist coup attempt in France in 1934 where it almost overthrew the French Republic. France could very well have become the bastion and birthplace of fascism in any ALT if Italy stay in the middle ground.
And then you have the mess of France after WW2 with De Gaulle, Algeria, May 1968, etc.

You mean illegal ovation of polygamy right?

I mean illegilisation not "illegal ovation" of polygamy. Surely A) Moromns don't care if monogamy is outlawed because then they can have multiple wives (polygamy) and B) the US would never outlaw monogamy.

Good map, like how you dealt with Napoleon III (slimey git that he was) and giving Ireland Home Rule, but I'm guessing us Irish are still being awkward sods p.s. what kicks off the Russian revolution in this timeline seeing that the Germans aren't desperate enough to stick Lenin on that train like in our timeline?

Nice!
"Manchu war?" I presume the Chinese are going for the gusto...
Nobody has nukes yet, right?
So what happened to the Ottoman Empire?

Well the name is something of a misnomer. As it took the various powers months in some cases to decide how to react to the Chinese invasion of Russia the war had already been christened. But really it's just the original conflict out of about 10 different ones that make up "The Great War".
No nukes yet, but most great powers are looking into the possibility. The Germans especially like the idea of scorching Verdun off the map.
Britain was getting pissed off at Germany for staying in the war against the Reds in Russia and not being bleed white. It as messing up the balance of power, so they took advantage of some discontent amongst the Arabs and intervened against Germanys little friend in the East. It's okay now though Germany has the Russian oil and gas, but it's just another sore point, so once France is gone Britain is next!

Oh it's fine if your white and Protestant, and Catholics aren't doing too bad anymore since the Italians, Poles and Irish started integrating properly.
Just totalitarian as hell in just about every respect.
