Watched Boondock Saints last night.I have this fascination with those really intense bromances that are JUST this side of homo-erotic...I'm sort of envious cause there's no real lady equivalent. Like Pullo and Vorenus. What a great story.

I completely agree re: your feelings on intense bromances. Nothing compels me like STRONG BURNING BROTHERLY MAN FEELINGS and manhugs and mantouches cuz they're propelled by a bond that's so much deeper than what one would simplify as "gay". I also lament the shortage of lady bromance in fandoms
