Another submission to P-O-K-E-M-O-N's contest
Grass-type this time :3

Anyway using the same brushes i made for the Lugia i did recently (im getting better at this ....)

Tbh i like this ^_^'
It was a bit hard to do the water and took me like 5 tries >.<
