Description A historical figure that's going to be appearing. Mostly as an extension of the "Dread Pirate Roberts" character popularized by The Princess Bride.

In our world, the man remembered as Bartholomew Roberts was considered the greatest corsair during the Golden Age of Piracy (the time between the 1650's and the 1730's). Amassing great wealth and forming his own fleet, an astonishing feat from a man who started life as a simple shiphand from what the other-worlders call Wales. His reputation and experience grew until the royal navy was after him. He was apparently slain in a harrowing battle, taking a bullet before being placed in a coffin and buried at sea.

But he came to on an unfamiliar ship, welcomed by a monster of a captain who only asked him one question: "Do you fear death?". Roberts said 'yes' and became a member of the ship captained by Davy Jones. No one knows how, but he escaped and now runs around the sea, afraid that his old captain will come for him.

While jumpy and a bit paranoid, Bartholomew is a debonair pirate. He lived as a simple man before, but now is someone who wants to be an immortal pirate. He and Silver also seem to know each other.
