Aang's jacket looks awesome. I love the design. ^^
I also really love how you drew Katara. Her face looks so soft, and so feminine. It's beautiful.

Thankyou.^^
On Aang's jacket, those blue lines end in arrows all except for the one on his back. Interesting piece of trivia is all.
I tried my best to make Katara look feminine. Last time I drew her she looked too manish. I employed the new technique that I learned and was surprised by the outcome.

I didn't know the one on his back didn't turn into an arrow. Cool.
I have the oposite problem. I need to learn to make my characters look manly!

My advice for you is to try and find an instruction book that shows you how to draw the masculine figure.
My immediate advice is that men are more angular than women in body structure.

I'll have to look for one next time I scamper over to the book store.
So then women have rounder faces? If I give a character a nice sturdy, pointy chin then it's more likely to look manly?
Thanks for the advice, Tojot. Hopefully I'll keep improving. ^^

Wow. This is amazing.
You should be very proud of this.
This looks so real.. but there is something that makes it sort of "cartoony" like you said.
Hmmm,I wonder if pencil and paint would make it look any different.

First and foremost, I would like to applaud how wonderfully this art is executed. The colors, light source, shading, and creative license flow nicely and coincide with what actually happens enough to be both a wonderful piece of fanart, and original art as well. You have taken liberties to what they wear, as well as how they will look in the future to prove that you are not a wannabe, but a levelheaded fan showing it.
I have been reading the comments you have recieved and answered to, and would like right here to thank you. You support other ships though you may not be one of them, and encourage people to do and support what they like. You are not one of the shippers who would say that the other person\'s choice is incorrect or invalid because it is fanon, and that is an attribute most admirable.
I am a staunch Zutarian supporter, and it is not everyday that I willingly give compliments to a Kataang piece of work, but this more than deserves it. Thank you for this wonderful addition to Avatar fanart, and your willingness to let people support whatever they want.

I thankyou for your comment and I am glad you like my art.
I will never criticize someone for there preference in relationships... Never again. You see, in another fandom I supported the losing ship. The winners were poor sports and the creator of that fandom was harsh. Since then I vowed that If I shipped a winning ship, I did not want others to feel what I had to go though in the Harry Potter fandom. It's not something I can forget seeing as the books stare at me, everyday, from my bookshelf, collecting dust since I finished the Seventh book.

I\'d hate to break it to you, but there\'s a good chance that Sozin\'s Comet is not cannon. Wait! Before you flame me, realize I\'m saying this because I did some research. The author (or rather, adapter, as he is force to call himself for legal reasons) is David Bergantino. If you look him up on Google, you\'ll find that he has done adaptations for other works as well, including Dracula, Zorro, and Hamlet. Based on the summaries I\'ve read, his past works are all distortions of what is actually cannon, providing alternative endings as it were. Because of this, Sozin\'s Comet should be overlooked completely as nothing but fanfiction. That is not to say Kataang will not happen, just that as of now we still don\'t know. Sorry. Please look him up if you don\'t believe me.
But as for your drawing, very nice! I would kill to have such talent with lines and color! Please keep drawing!

We will see.
Just so you know, at the end of the book there is an interview With the creators, Mike and Bryan. It was rather enlightening.

I love the picture. I love their expressions and the colors. Very nice. Even if it is Kataang. (I love my Zutara!) Still, I love it. Not so sure about the book though. Oh well. We\'ll see when it airs.

Thankyou, I am glad you like this.
Just so you know, even if it is Kataang, I still support the Zutarans who still want to ship Zutara. Or any other ship people prefer.
Oh and the shipping topic in the book was not overwhelming. Zuko and Katara work together to bring Azula down. Happy Zutara moment.

You're welcome. ^^
I'll pretty much support anything that is nicely done. I still have my preferences though. But that doesn't stop me from faving something that isn't my ship.
I loved that moment. I thought the dialogue was cheesy, but it was still cute.

I should have forseen Azula becoming all paranoid especially in the beach episode. But now reading it, it kind of makes sense. She couldn't keep up her calm and Analytical facade especially when her plans were unraveling.
