It's called Mangekyou Sharingan which is used by 3 (4) people in Naruto series: Uchiha Itachi, Hatake Kakashi, (Uchiha Sasuke, not sure there but probably) and Akatsukis leader Uchiha something, you hear his name both in the manga and the anime (shippuuden) when Sasuke enters Narutos mind; Nine Tails says that he hasn't seen so powerful eyes since Uchiha M-somehting, which is Akatsukis leader. Kakashis Mangekyou Sharingan looks in another way and is probably different in some way. Just search for kakashi sharingan and you will find it

psshh its Uchiha Madara and NO he is not the leader of Akatsuki thats Pein, Uchiha Madara is Tobi! cuz of Tobis eyes
