Cosplay is more of joining in with the competitions and such. Cosptripping is more of just dressing up in a cosplay outfit for the heck of it.

Yah, this was in SMX.
It depends on the cosplay events. Registration is required if you're attending the contests for the convention. Fees are also dependent on the event. Most cons don't require you to reg if you just want to costrip.

Oh I got mine from HK. My sis and Konata got theirs from around the city, though originally Konata's wig wasn't blue. She had to dye it to that color.
Mizuki's wig on the other hand was borrowed from an earlier cosplay of Konata's.

woah now hold it somthing is wrong... this cosplay is TOO DAMN GOOD O.O I just cant believe my eyes all of you together are FANTASTIC!! Now Ive watched all of lucky star and might I say it was a terrific anime and you 4 have captured the energy and brightness of the anime perfectly!! I mean the costimes flawless but you all look very pretty especially yourself you indeed look very beautifull ^^
