NEW YORK 2009 (September)You deserved another one!
It was a pretty nice evening and I was able to get a lot of good shots from the city at dusk and night!
This is the NYC from above as seen from the Empire State Building. You also have a great look at 5th Ave. (on the right side of the Flatiron) and Broadway (left side).

You got the vertical lines straight. Are you shooting with a shift-lens camera?
It doesn't look like a timed exposure; there's no streaking.
It looks like the sidewalks and streets are being illuminated from the display-window lights spilling out. There are no bright spots from street lights.
Many of the upper windows are not just bright rectangles but are showing detail inside.
This is a very clear and distinctive view of Manhattan.

I'm months behind with my answers on the comments, but:
Nope I took this one with Canons 5D (24-70mm).
It's indeed a bit longer exposed but with a maximum of a 1/2 second I don't have the detailed EXIFs in my head right now, sorry :/
