Description
So, before my computer got hacked, I was working on this piece. It started out as an attempt to fake a cel animation frame, but I forgot I can't water color worth shit and it ended up taking on a life of its own.

I wanted to add a lot more to this, but my computer being hacked cut it short. This is still kinda the WIP version in a sense since I managed to grab this because I uploaded it to a Discord first. As such it still does kinda feel incomplete in a sense. This is one of the more detailed backgrounds I've done, but it still feels flat at the same time. I used Steven Universe backgrounds as a reference but idk, feels like it'd fit better for a comic than a full picture art.
