  Being the least vocal of the group, Bono Biz kept mostly to himself unless directly spoken to. Although he enjoyed entertaining guests at the restaurant, he wasn't a fan of the humans he played for. Dislike turned into hate when he saw the employee assaulting Chia. He griped his guitar tight and was about ready to bash the employees head in, killing him with one swift blow. He was able to restrain himself when the employee was taken away and Fozy comforting Chia. The night Chia was taken away, Bono walked up to Hen Cawth and asked where he was taking her, but didn't get a response. The months spent finding Chia in her dismantled state and learning that Fozy was forced to killed Hen Cawth cemented Bono's hate for humanity.

Waking up 27 years later to be greeted by three strange women, Bono instinctively tried to attack them, but was quickly stopped by his friend. The girls introduced themselves as The Dazzlings and made a proposition to Bono and his friends that working with them will not only avenge their lost friend, but also rid Canterlot city of humans. There was just one thing they needed done before they hold their end of the bargain. The other two blindly agreed, but Bono could see the look on one of the girls eyes that this would a ruse. To keep close tabs on them, Bono complied and teamed up with the one with purple hair with aquamarine highlights. The girls brought the boys to a school they have never seen before where they are greeted by a ecstatic girl with red and yellow hair, wearing a stylish leather jacket that Bono admired. Bono warned the others that the Dazzlings are planning on turning on them and break their promise. Bono started to despise humans.

Things got worse for Bono as he finds himself rivaling with one of the contenders for the Battle of the Bands, Lancelot. Lancelot's insufferable personality and constant taunting drove Bono to the brink of insanity, but he had to wait for the right moment to go for his kill. Fozy's obsession with Chia piled on top was making Bono angrier and angrier almost turning on his closest friend. His friends, the Dazzlings, and Lancelot turned Bono's anger into a long state of depression wanting his life to end like should have all those years ago. However, the girl who introduced herself as Aria Blaze, sympathized with him as she too had to deal with people she couldn't stand being near. Both Bono and Aria came up with a plan to be rid of their groups and set their own paths. Bono wanted to be free of his tormented life, but he also started to develop feeling for Aria and felt comfortable around her. He understood what Fozy felt for Chia.

The night the Dazzlings set to wipe out the students of Canterlot High, Bono and Aria set out their plan and end the night with them standing on top of burning corpses. While the Dazzlings took center stage, Bono and the boys had to take care of Lancelot and his two brothers. Being mechanical, his tough endoskeleton would handle the strikes made against him, but his outer skin started to tear and bruise up. Bono leaped on Lancelot, pinning him down to the ground with his knee, guitar raised up over his head, but before Bono could smash Lancelot, Lancelot smashes a rock across his face. Unable to see, Bono rips off his face enraged revealing the endoskeleton within. The three animatronics line up to finish the three brothers, but are quickly blasted with a burst of rainbow magic that came from the stage blowing the boys up, partially dismantled and burned. Bono now lying on the ground without a face and an arm, dead. Aria walks by Bono, emotionless and stares down at him disappointed.
