Some are even your friends.
Words can seal your stance on equality,
At least for when you're in public.
But the true question is this:
Does your heart say the same?
Is equality in your soul,
Or are your words sweet lies.
Forming the mask of someone innocent.
Hiding a bigot.
Hiding a homophobe.
Sheltering a liar.
Words are cheap.
There must be honesty within them
To make them true.
