It's not hard to fix if you want it all to be japanese.
Keep the two first characters, add an "i" and you'll have "kawaii". Then instead of the third character put a "ne". And there you go~.

AAH I also forgot to tell you... the hanzi for "love" is different from the kanji for "love". The hanzis were modified in the 50s so now they are different from kanjis (some of them). The kanji for love is like this: [link]
As you can see, the second kanji for "kawaii" means love. Yes. :3
