Again I managed to create a painting that is completely the opposite of what I imagined. That ocean, water vibe was not planned. I thought more of a rainforest, amazonian style of a painting.
But it's ok...it's just funny to see that the painting has a life of its own.
The second thing...this painting just didn't want to get finished. I felt like a little hamster in its wheel. I think I was painting already the 3rd day and I only had skin painted. But...it was part my fault for watching a YouTube marathon (but for a good cause! ). So lesson learned.

That's why I'm writing about my art process sometimes...if something happened. That way also others can see that it's not all "perfect". That even if the painting looks planned into detail and perfect, it actually wasn't meant to be this way. But it's still a good result.
I'm happy to hear that it doesn't make you feel alone with this thoughts and feelings. Don't worry, there are many like us.
