It's my first actual longterm challenge

I'm not a pro like you...but I'm very proud at myself that I managed to get to no.10...yes 10 is already made, just not uploaded Now it's time for no. 11

I know I'm behind with this. But it doesn't matter...I'm doing it first and foremost for myself.

I can say only positive things about the ink challenge...the only "bad" thing is this hurry thing with social media...

It's my first try with ink and I'm surprised at how awesome this art media is I like how quickly I can paint something...30 min and I'm more or less finished. With watercolor it takes me ages...mostly because of 100 layers

Yesss, ink is fantastic!! you can use it with pen, nibs, fountainpens, brush, like watercolor...
And one of the dificulties of it is that you have to aply it very fast and knowing what you are doing

I see many "complain" about the quick drying of the ink...but I never saw it as a problem if I'm honest.

I'm lucky to have seen some YouTube videos with wetting the paper first with water and then spreading the ink. I so love this. But I'm also using the dry technique...
And me is using brush + ink

hehe at the begining it was hard for me to understand all the variables, paper, wet, brush, but if you do watercolor it is easyer.
That is one of the greaters things of ink to mix all the technics, and you are doing great!
