Whee. The products of talking to people...

I was talking to a friend of mine yesterday, and after looking at my dA stuff he said, "I'm surprised you didn't use a sail fish."

I do love sailing. I wish I could do it more often.

So, here's what comes of that. The original image in photoshop is A4 sized paper, with 300dpi. So huge Photoshop went "Wah!" when I tried to use "save for web." It still did it...but it sniffled.

(I reduced it to 1600px wide, as opposed to 2480px, and you can have that if you click download.)

I was trying something different for the background... dunno that I like it all that much. I really need to work on that more.

The sailfish mer himself...I am very pleased with. I didn't agonize over the drawing for an entire day, and actually drew it in under an hour...which is amazing for me.
