Fantastic. I admire how you've managed to capture both winter's danger and her allure. There are pleasant and idyllic scenes in the central panel, yet there is also that gloomy-looking tower on the left...

My favorite part about this is how it looks so dark, yet where there is light, you can see it strike out so brightly and powerfully that it contrasts so well with the rest of the image.

Thank you! It's painted on a black canvas. I mix my colors with titanium white which is very opaque. It makes the light and color pop out.

Thank you, Tara. I painted the gravestone spontaneously. It seemed to belong. These 4 shadow box paintings are about the passing of seasons and time in general. They go from Spring to Winter, morning to night time. Also, birth to old age.

It's beautiful! I love how you captured a lot of different winter scenes---is that an ice cave on the lower-left?
I'm a bit confused about what the center-right panel is intended to be, though; it kind of looks like jellyfish.

Thank you. The lower left is an iceberg with sunlight shining through a cave opening in it.
The center right is just some of my biomorphic imagery painted in colors in keeping with the Winter theme.
